JOB TITLE: Junior Designer
SUPERVISOR: Lead Designer
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid, Permanent or contract
Salary Range: £24,000 – £30,000
DESCRIPTION: An interior designer with 1-2 years of experience in a design company or equivilent with the ability to support a team in creating functionally beautiful spaces for residential clients. A great CAD/Sketchup designer with brilliant eye for detail and a questioning while using industry knowledge, organisation, design experience, and creativity, all while keeping within the LFF Interiors aesthetic.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide design support and administration during all phases of completion and execution of design concepts and projects.
- Organise and maintain schedules and spec sheets, project binders, project samples, and material samples.
- Work with the team to maintain project purchase orders and invoices.
- Work on projects from all phases of design, from concept and schematic design through installment, including but not limited to furniture schedules, vendor management and communication, sourcing, project management, site visits, management of project samples and sample library, and project installations.
- Assist in the set up of client presentations and creation of presentation boards to include mood boards, FF&E, surface materials, color palettes, and lighting.
- Be present to assist in onsite meetings with clients, the construction team, recording notable updates during meetings.
- Manage tasks on multiple projects at once.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of Interior Design Experience from design-specific firms or own schooling/work.
- Detailed knowledge of CAD or Sketchup knowing both is a definate plus.
- Detailed knowledge of finishes, materials, and standard specifications and terminology for design-related items. Practical knowledge of design styles and eras.
- Knowledge and experience on construction sites is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong communication skills, including being able to write thorough and organised emails for vendors, clients, and teams.
- Extremely organised and detail-oriented with schedules, emails, communication, drawings, and presentations.
- Confident in design decisions and project management skills; ability to anticipate team and project needs and to remain a few steps ahead.
- Reliable car and willing to travel.
- Ability to physically work on tasks including shopping, hauling samples, installation days and weeks which includes moving items, making beds, cleaning, and packing.
JOB TITLE: Front of House
SUPERVISOR: Lu F-F
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid, Permanent
Salary Range: £22,000 – £30,000
DESCRIPTION: An interiors enthusiast to cover our front of house and retail section with a love of product and fine finishes and a friendly and cheerful face to greet customers and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take payments for all retail items, and book in multi faceted fixtures and finishes orders.
- Organise and maintain samples.
- Open and lock up shop.
- Replace and reorder stock as needed.
- Book in design sessions with the rest of the team.
- Be present where needed on ad hoc events.
- Keep the store looking it’s best at all times.
- Handle returns and exchanges and customer feedback.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries.
- Desire to grow with a go-getter mentality
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of retail work.
- Good basic maths.
- Organised.
- Attentive.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of finishes and fixtures a plus.
- Interest in Interior Design a plus.
- Great eye for product styling a plus.
- Keen interest in people.
JOB TITLE: PA to Owners
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: £27,000 – £41,000
DESCRIPTION: A flexible, mentally nimble assistant ready to help with a broad range of tasks from admin through to events and marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take phone calls and arrange diary.
- Research.
- Product and property administration.
- Updating website and databases.
- Managing expectations and calls from clients.
- Helping with ad hoc tasks from key collections to photography sessions.
- Support both Lu and Raph in back end business and some personal tasks.
- Forward thinker ready to improve structures and processes.
- Basic copy writing and checking.
- Desire to grow with a go-getter mentality
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of assistant/PA work ideally to multiple directors.
- Calm.
- Organised.
- Attentive.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of web platforms like wordpress, google docs/sheets, excel and online databases. Some training will be provided.
- Interested in Interior Design and property.
- Great eye for good design.
- Great phone and email manner
- Reliable car and willing to travel where needed.
